THIS IS A REPEAT POST/ BILING ISSUE CONTINUES

I AM EXTREMELY FRUSTRATED WITH THE APPAULING SERVICE MTN IN FACT THERE IS "NO SERVICE"
Since I have changed my debit date MTN started billing more then they should AND say that my Account is R1000 overdue but I pay everymonth. I've ask for them to send me an Itemized billing statement but haven't received ANYTHING AFTER 4 WORKING DAY!!
I AM STUCK AS THIS IS IMPLICATING NEGATIVELY on my CREDIT PROFILE!!! I HAVE NUMEROUS TIMES CALLED INTO THE CONTACT CENTRE AND IT SEEM THE AGENTS DOESN'T EVEN KNOW HOW TO EXPLAIN A STATEMENTS. I taking it up with ICASSA. i hate you network providers and will never renew my contract. LET ME BE CLEAR. I DON'T MIND PAYING THE ACCOUNT HOWEVER NEED AN EXPLANATION AS TO WHY IT IS SO MUCH. MY SERVICES IS NOW BARRED ERROUNOUSLY AND I PROMISE YOU THAT I WILL KEEP YOU LIABLE IF I HAVE AN EMERGENCY. WITH MY LAST POST I DIDN'T EVEN RECEIVE A CALL BACK HOWEVER THE COMPLAINT WAS CLOSED AS RESOLVED??? I NEED SOMEONE TO CALL ME TODAY AND FIX THIS MESS. EVEN THOUGH I ASK THEM TO SPEAK TO MY HUSBAND AFTER COMPLETING THE SECURITY QUESTIONS, THEY REFUSE AND I AM UNFORTUNATELY NOT STRONG WITH UNDERSTANDING BILLING CYCLES ETC!!!
