My husband had a MTN contract for about five years. Last year, October 2012 when he's contract expired, we've asked them to send us the last Billing Statement so that he could sent it to his company, because they was paying his cellphone account. They promised to sent it, but we never received it. I sent them a lot of e-mails to asked them to sent me the statement/invoice and every time they promised they will send it, but till date I've not received anything. Now they handed us over to their attorneys to claim the money from us. I'v phoned the attorneys and explain to them that I can't pay if I didn't't received the Billing Invoice and they made me out as a person who lie, they said MTN sent me the account. I've told them that I don't have to about something simple as that. All I need was the Billing Account, but they just send the amount outstanding by e-mail. I think that people are really stupid and if they cant do their work properly, they must hire someone who can do the work. What is so hard to send an account to the customer. I hate it when black female customer services don't want to listen to you and make out that you lie. Please help me with this case.
