Multiple issues - when upgrading

1. Had a BB top up contract (R149pm). End of 24 months, get a bill of R208 - which is the R149 (for R100 airtime!) 59 BIS which was added on without notification. This should have been changed to R100 top up R59 BIS.
2. Upgraded contract to Anytime 200. Lost all carry over minutes that I already paid for. The various numbers (*141#, 258, 808) give different balances. Call centre tells me I have R11 left - impossible if I got pro-rated from 19 Apr on R200. On top-up, I used a maximum R100 pm (never topped up and there was always carry-over).
3. New phone cannot make calls, but can receive calls, SMS is not affected. Call centre staff give different reasons, without rectifying problem.
