Upon chatting to your Customer Service centre, I was told that with my Talk100 package (wherein I receive 150mb data, and R100 airtime), that once my data is finished, I am then billed 'out of rate' for data. This was NOT told to me when I took out the contract (March 2012), but was rather told that once the 150mb data had been used, data usage would then come off my R100 airtime. I am furious that you have been billing me for data as opposed to first taking it off my R100 airtime! -surely a breach of the consumer protection act?
I would like to receive itemised billing from the 12 months that I have had my contract, but am not willing to pay the -R17 (x12 months) to sort out your mess when you over charge me already!

I am tired of talking to people at your Customer Service line, and at your stores, as this has proved to be extremely unfruitful. I would like to have contact from someone in a management level who can give me real answers as opposed to deflecting my complaint.

I need you to rectify the issue of billing me for data before using the R100 airtime, as this was what was told to me would happen, so in fact MTN have mislead and from me for the last 12 months.
