WON R200 AIRTIME, CANNOT USE IT

I have a MTN Top -Up contract. When I ran out of airtime, 2nd Feb, I topped up with internet banking. I received another sms stating that I won R200 air time. But when the top-up airtime ran out, I could not make a call, although *141# shows R184 airime available. I went to the MTN store at Waterfall Mall in Rustenburg and asked the lady to help me sort it out. She confirmed that there was a problem and called the MTN call centre. She explained to the lady what the problem was. After 20 minute on the phone, the lady at the call centre said there is only 33 sent available on my account But the lady in the MTN store got my phone in her hand showing R184 airtime available. And suprise suprise, this morning there was only R100 rand of my contract credit availble which is credited on the 12th of every month. I would like to know what happend to my R200 I won when I topped up.
