Really Really Fed up with MTN... Made a big mistake upgrading MTN contract.
I took MTN anytime 200 package and upgraded 24 month contract. What shows in the magazine and what they are providing is total incorrect. The monthly data is NOT carry forwarding and also They gave 30 MTN minutes but not deducting when i call MTN cell number. When i call MTN call centre then they said it only works when all my airtime is finished. After i hear that comment then i felt how ridiculous it was. Before i upgrade my contract my data used to carry forward but now its not doing that. When i am upgrading the contract they said everything will work same as before but after i upgraded then it is not working as before. Still the 30 mtn minutes are not deducting if i call my wife's MTN number. Simply i can say that I am fed up with MTN network and who ever reads this please dont prefer MTN contract. I know this query definitely not going to be resolved and Thanks MTN for treating me like this. I am not at all happy with your service. Dear MTN, I cant do anything against you and I am literally waiting for the contract end date and i will definitely don't prefer your service at all. Thanks.
