I have been a client of MTN for five years and this is the first time I have been unhappy with the service I have received. As of April 2013 I changed my contract from a Top Up option to a MTN anytime 100. Since I have done this I have been receiving a bill that I could not understand. Why? As per the sales consultant my subscription fee would be R299 incl VAT each month and I would receive R100 airtime, 25 sms's and 250 MB data. On my invoice I am being charged for the calls and sms's and the amount I was given was never deducted from my invoice. I am currently paying for my subscription and all of these extras. The month has only just started and already I am over my balance, how can this be as I have carried over MB's from last month, I have sms's and airtime... I would love it if MTN could clarify this for me seeing that when I call the call centre number 808 from my Cellphone I can never get hold of anyone at the call centre however when I call from another MTN number it gets put trough to a call centre agent after a few minutes... MTN needs to fix my bills for the last two months as I am not paying for something that was supposed to be part of my package
