8ta 3G intermittent connection

Got my 10gig 20gig contract in October last year. Everything was great till this year. In the afternoon/evenings the connection is intermittent. I sometimes have to refresh a page 5 times before it loads.

This is very aggravating and Im on the verge of canceling my contract. Which is sad as i was very happy last year with the service,
