Good Day

I am absolutely disgusted with mtn's service! I renewed my contract on the 4 June 2013, today is the 26 July 2013 and I have still not received my TV. I took the Samsung galaxy pocket plus and the 32" led Samsung TV. I got my Phone on the day of renewal but its almost Two months and still no TV. The worst part of it all is that nobody has the decency to inform me as to what the delay is!!! I visited the store on 2 occasions. The first time I was told that it is no longer 10 working days (as it originally was) but it is now a month waiting period as the TV is very much in demand. The second time I visited the store they took down my contact details and I was told that they will give me a call soon and have the query sorted. Up until today still no feedback.

Very unhappy customer!!!
