Teklom Line has been down now for 3 weeks!!!

Our Telkom line and DSL on the 884 exchange has been down now for more than 3 weeks. we have logged the call 3 times already. in that period it briefly worked for 24 hours. The 2nd call we logged more than a week ago and then last Friday where inform that the problem was resolved via SMS, but it was not. When then had to log a call for a 3rd time via the web interface since the call center is so busy it takes you hours to get through to anybody. On top of that we are expected to pay for a service that we haven't had for almost a month now. It effects our business seriously since we have to rely on 3G for internet now.
Would somebody senior within Telkom resolve this matter urgently or at least provide relevant feed back and not just swarms of useless SMS. We would like to know a realistic time scales for this matter to be resolved properly.
