Unhappy but what else can be expected from Telkom?

I have logged several calls with Telkom over the past few months (I am unable to provide these reference numbers as Telkom "Cannot find any others") but they have all been closed without a telkom technician phoning to find out what the problem is. Every single time, when it rains in my area, my ADSL and landline stop working until it has dried up. The call I logged on 22 Nov (527CTK221113) was only resolved a week later after one of THEIR TECHNICIANS took our ADSL & phone line down trying to fix an unrelated call from one of our neighbours. The technician came through a week later & just left without telling anyone that it had been resolved, except he did tell my dad that "The water on the line problem cannot be fixed. We must wait EACH TIME for the lines to dry up for us to have internet & use our phone line". Our phone line now has permanent static & CANNOT be used because no one can hear what anyone is saying. We logged another call, 333CTK031213 (Nov 27) & it was resolved yesterday WITHOUT A TECHNICIAN CALLING OR COMING OUT. We logged another call LAST NIGHT & still haven't heard anything. This is by far, the worst service ever experienced! VERY UNHAPPY WITH TELKOM.
