Eight weeks without Telkom business line!!!

I'm absolutely gobsmacked by the utter incompetence of Telkom.

My business line via which I provide WiFi to customers not been working for eight weeks. Every time I phone 10210 I get a different voice message telling me that the problem is logged, the problem is scheduled to be resolved, etc., but every single date given either by this voice messaging system or by call center staff has flown by and the problem remains.

Finally, a week or so ago, almost SEVEN WEEKS after reporting the problem, some Telkom technicians started replacing cables on the corner of the road where my shop is. However, the problem is *STILL* there and when I called today (for the 20th time, I kid you not) I was advised that a NEW technical team has been notified and that they will go, on some unspecified date, to fix the same problem!!!

I simply cannot believe that it takes Telkom EIGHT WEEKS to fix a line problem, especially not when they've had a technical team out on the street for a week already. Either the technical staff are grossly incompetent or Telkom just doesn't care because they know there's nowhere else to go.

Either way, it's completely mindblowing that this passes for customer service!
