Prepaid account converted to Post paid!

I received a free 40GB VOX account with a purchase of call of duty (PC game title), this account was somehow automatically converted to a postpaid account and now I am receiving emails and calls to pay an outstanding balance.

This is not acceptable.

I do remember getting a call saying the account would converted to prepaid (Verb: Pay for in advance) once the bandwidth was used up. but the accounts women insists that this is a postpaid account to which i never agreed and they have nothing sent to them from me saying that i agree.

They need to sort out their business and stop haggling/crooking people into paying them
