It seems that MTN does not understands how to process an account. I recently migrated my contract and was told that it will be done. Still no change on my contract. On my second contract there is an even bigger mess. I transferred a contract from my brother to me. The first bill I received is absolutely absurd. To begin with I was not informed of certain charges, a product was not cancelled and I had to return a faulty phone and had to setup everything all over again which costs data. I was still billed for all of the data and charges. I requested an itemized bill and guess what, I received the wrong bill and this after 3 weeks since the first request. A total of 4 requests. Since I started querying all of this I was also made aware of a certain SMS that I should get once I get close to my credit limit. To date I am still waiting for this SMS. Been trying to get through to their client care and after the 3 called of about 25min each still no luck.
