Debit order not suppose to go off

I upgraded my account about 2 weeks ago and the lady at the Menlyn branch said the computer said I am a cash payer. I said to her NO my account is on a monthly debit order. A week after this a get various sms's to say I am now a cash payer and my account is in arrears. After going to the brand on Monday, and paying my account cash and re-installing the debit order, the debit order was now taken last night after I asked to make sure it will only go off en April.
Please sort this out and refund the money into my account
I also signed up for the 24hr insurance for my upgraded iphone and new ipad contract. The amounts differ than from what I was told and I have not received any brochures regarding the insurance. I also asked about the competition running but I have not received any information on this.
Can someone sort this out??
