Pathetic Service!!

I have done an upgrade in December 2012 to a Blackberry with a TOP up 100, only to receive my bill this month with charges on there being Blackberry Internet Service Fee, Upgrade Charge. How is this possible that you get billed three months later for an upgrade and get told on the uprade that your BIS is included in the subscription fee. Do not even try and phone them I have put the phone down after holding on for 25 mins.

I have one word -PATHETIC!!!
