I am so frustrated with MTN. For the past two weeks I have been calling different MTN stores to get information, and none of the stores ever answer their phones or the line goes to a fax line or it just dies. It is so frustrating as I cannot get through to any stores! I have also tried the customer care line and it is unbelievably un-userfriendly and no easy way of getting through to a consultant! I just want to know whether I can get a sim card for my ipad on the same internet contract that I currently have with MTN? A while back it was possible to get a sim card for your ipad on your existing contract by paying R10 extra a month and by paying a once off fee for the sim card. Can somebody please let me know if this can still be done??
