I want to cancel my Telkom adsl line, but im now informed that I have to pay them R1200 for installation?? My adsl has not been working for MORE than a month now. Despite numerous attempts to get a TECHNICIAN to fix it, i am not able to. TELKOM IS IN BREACH OF CONTRACT, SINCE THEY ARENT ABLE TO DELIVER A SERVICE!! Because of this my online business has come to a complete halt!! NO THANKS TO USELESS STAFF. No wonder Telkom is going bankrupt! Keep it up guys, one of these days you all will be sitting at home doing nothing instead of at 'work". going the hellopeter way also proofs to be useless. this must be my 5th time in the past month. Nobody ever bothers to come back to me.
