HELLO? ANYONE ALIVE OUT THERE???

I purchased the mobile deals (iPad 3rd gen) on the Standard bank website - DG Stores on Friday 18.01.13.

1. I asked to be debited the R304 x 24 months - THAT HASN'T BEEN DONE AS THE FULL AMOUNT HAS COME OFF MY CREDIT CARD!!!

2. I have called NUMEROUS times - but there is no answer at the DG stores department - 0116313844 (are you guys still celebrating christmas???)

3. I have queried about delivery / colour of ipad on the FB page - no response...
WHAT HAS HAPPENEND TO STANDARD BANK? Have you dropped your standards that much? Such pathetic service. And mind you, every single comment on their Facebook page is a complaint.

You have just debited me, NEVER got back to me, I cant get through to you - are you in cahoots with "DG STORES" to ROB innocent people???
