I received an sms on the 20th September 2013 advising that I should go into one of the Jet stores for a credit limit increase. I have gone through 3 different stores that is Randburg 27 Sep 13 which I paid my monthly instalment, Alexander 28 Sep 13 and Sandton yesterday. I am being told one and the same information after making an effort of travelling back and forth to your stores. Every time we call the customer care line from the stores I went, head office states that the increase does show on their side but at the tills in the stores there is nothing that shows. I keep being turned back cause of this and which is really frustrating. I need clear information on what is going on and when will "this" credit increase reflect on the tills in the stores.
