Good Day

I am Mrs. Foster, my husband took out to cellphone contract with Mtn. He qualified for an upgrade and decided that his going to take the offer, as he took the cellphones out for our daughter and son. He went into Parow Centre Store and they gave him documents to sign in order to get the upgrade. Our two cellphones were recently block for all outgoing calls hence we contacted Mtn and they told us we need to pay an upgrade fee which was not explained to my husband instore. Now we have never missed or skipped payment or even paid less than what we should. Our question is why are they charging us an upgrade fee when we are clients who pays regularly. I think Mtn is suppose to pay us or give us a reward for being loyal customers. We really regret the upgrade and if we knew about this fee then we would have gone over to CellC whose call rates are much cheaper as well as their data.

We are utterly disgusted and disappointed and vow to never in future take out a contract with MTN.
