I am a loyal cellc customer for the past 10 years, in the past year and a half I have been having endless problems with them. I went instore to the Durban City View branch to do an upgrade in September 2011, I had two contracts that where going to expire so I decided to upgrade both. The first contract was on Contol chat 500 and the second was on Casual Chat 100 and I wanted to upgrade both to control chat 200, the consultant instore was having problems to process the upgrade in the beginning but after an hour she told me it was done for the first contract and that she could not process my second upgrade until later that week. At the following month end when I received my cellc account statement I noticed that the first contract was still on control chat 500, I called the call centre to inform them about my problem and they told me to go instore to sort my problem out. I went back to the store and they logged the query with the cellc head office. After a month I found out that the query was complete and closed and they still had not sorted my problem out. After that I have been going back and forth for the past year from the store to calling the call centre.
