I went for an upgrade on my contract. I asked the sales consultant, Michelle, if there is a possibility that I could get 3 Lumia620s, since I am eligible for a Samsung galaxyS4. She stated that it is only possible if i payed in approximately R3000.She then offered me 3 SamsungAces. I rejected this offer knowing that i would be unhappy. Thereafter she offered me 3 Lumia510s, reassuring me that it is exactly the same as the 620 and that it is an upgrade from me current cellphone (HTCwildfire), except that the 620 has a faster processor. Trusting someone who is educated in cellphones, I accepted this offer. Arrived home I realized that this was not the case. The fact that the 510 cannot even make use of a memory card is ONE of the examples showing that the 510 & 620 are COMPLETELY different. The next day I returned to the store to exchange the cellphones for an actual upgrade. The other consultants confirmed that the 510 & 620 are utterly different, and that it is not the 1st time Michelle left customers disappointed/unsatisfied. The case was handed over to Vodacoms HR, who I feel are not taking it seriously and are delaying it. They are unfriendly & unhelpful. I'm forced to hold on to the 510s.
