Servere Bad Service

First off my land line is being managed by Web Africa, so there for they must make sure that if it is not working properly it gets fixed.

I have been having problem with my Telkom exchange and have reported it to Web Africa, they said no problem we will get it fixed. It has been weeks now and have not heard anything back from them. Not even on my outstanding router problem with is 2 weeks plus and waiting.

And for fucksakes the Internet is so slow during business hours. 20-35 KB/s MAX and after 17:00 everything is fast again.

I am so because I has expecting a call from Web Africa with a update, but nobody called.

I am telling you that I will never in my life recommend Web Africa to anybody, not even if they pay me.
