It was agreed that I would pay R135.00 per month for my contract I am being charged R198.00.
Besides a lady Amanda, who has been very sympathetic and has tried to help me, Vodacom has been shambolic and unhelpful and without doubt awkward.
All calls were recorded, all correspondence in email so why the blatant refusal to recifty the mistake I do not know.
