I called to find out why is my account being deducted with R195 when my contract is R135, this agent tells me because its a contract and they charge me extra for BIS, like is the difference from deducting that simple R60 from that R135, I mean now really that doesn't make sense at all! This agent has the nerve to scream on me and say don't I understand and she's explaining to me so that I don't have to phone back again! This is ridiculous, already I'm paying R135 but they charging an extra R60, why not just deduct from that R135, or am I the incompetent one? Stupid Vodacom, and if I want to down grade my contract I'm charged thousands of rands? How does that make sense as well?! They just know how to from people that's all, not helping us in anyway at all, they most definitely not making my life easier!!!
