Complaint and query not dealt with

I have a contact with MTN and I have taken my phone to be repaired on the 1st of February 2013 and till this day i still do not have my phone back. I called the repair center they told me that my phone is waiting to be dispatched and takes 2 to 3 days it has been more than 6days now and still nothing has happened. I looked on the system to check the contact details the email address i got from the internet was incorrect and the number they gave us just rings. I tried to contact the manager and I have sent a fax stating my situation and nobody has gotten back to me. I also have launched a complain on the website and still nobody has gotten back to me. I called the repairs centre and asked to talk to someone from the complains department and the lady I spoke to her name is Dude she told me i cant talk to them because they do not have a number where they can transfer me and gave me a decommissioned email address. May someone from MTN please contact me and actually sort this out.
