I am sick and tired for the ineptitude and poor service I received from MTN. I purchased a new subscription from MTN Direct as they advertise that it takes the stress out of purchasing from a store.

How misleading. A sales consultant named Johan called me after I had placed an online order to confirm my details. I told him that I had wanted to purchase the notebook with 2 gigs of data and that I also wanted to upgrade my current subscription to a laptop special. This was confirmed and he gave me a reference number for the new application. He told me that he would call me later to provide me with the upgrade details and a reference number. This he did not do, instead he merely upgraded my previous contract without informing me.

I subsequently received the Notebook I ordered on the 12 March and was returned on 15/03/2013.Re: 732419407 new application faulty device [#6445808] It is over a month and I am still waiting for the replacement and the upgrade.
