I have been a loyal customer with MTN for over 12 years, in saying this my contract upgrade was due 1 October 2013 and in August of this ear my cell broke and i tried to get an upgrade - MTN wanted to charge me a cancellation fee that was worth more than my ENTIRE contract for a Nokia E5 (old Contract) as I wanted an iPhone 5 with a few extras. I complained and Retensions offered me a 3 month no subscription on a new contract (the contract i wanted would of been R450 more per month yet they want to charge me more than the value of my old contract before upgrading)

Today I try and use my data sim and device says "reistration failed" called the helpdesk and my number was closed as I never used it for 6 months. (where does it say that) I PAID for my stuff and they just reclaim it.

I am sick of hearing "We are sorry" from MTN" I want what i pay for and then to my surprise my internet is also being throtled.

I would rather use a ticki box than give you a single cent of my money EVER again I am also changing my MTN business Internet account (R25000 a month for a diginet leased line).

Maybe now you will notice me.

Fed Up and really pi$$ed - CANCELLING ALL MY CONTRACTS WITH MTNSP
