False advertising

On the 26th March 2013 i attended at MTN New Redruth shopping centre and i entered into a contract re Hp Pavillion M6 notebook as advertised in their brochure. Within a week or so i was contacted to advise to collect same. That same day i took the notebook to my IT when it came to my attention that the notebook i collected was not what i had requested eg: the notebook i ordered is the HP pavillion M6 with a 750GB hard drive the one i received from MTN was the HP Envy M6 with a 650GB hard drive. I then returned said notebook to MTN which they agreed that the notebook i had received was not the as advertised. After several discussions with the owner of the branch, to date i am still not in possession of of the correct notebook. During the month of april i received an account to pay for the monthly fee which MTN undertook to credit same. To date this again has not been done. I contacted the MTN call centre and was told no one but the branch could assist with same. According to the owner i should accept the incorrect laptop as according to her or MTN this is the better laptop, even though the hard drive is smaller by 100GB. I find that the above is totally unacceptable.
