My contract finished off sometime last year. I was billed in December by Altech Autopage and i went into the branch which was in Nelspruit and the gentleman i spoke to said i need to cancel it my self or they will keep on billing me. I phoned into there call centre and complained and the person i spoke to said i should sent through a cancellation letter. Which i did sent through to them. Since January 2013 my bill just went up and up. But the contract is finished. I only had a contract with them for 24 months which i have completed and now that the contract is finished they still bill me for a phone which is blocked. They have also blocked the sell phone but the sim card is still active. And now when i have asked them about the phone that's blocked they said i should first pay them R750.00 to unblock the phone. I mean that is not my problem i have completed my contract and now they are giving me hassles. If i don't get this resolved i am taking this matter further. I keep on phoning them and no results. I keep on going into there branches and no one can help me.
