I did an upgrade to an I Phone and a Sim swop on the 21st April, 10 days ago, am being billed for the upgrade but as to now have still not been connected. My guarantee for the phone expired on 28th of April but I still don't know if the phone works. When I contacted Mtn they tell me I must go back to the shop where i bought it which I have done everyday this week there they tell me it's Mtn that's not doing what they should do. I spent 1 hour in the shop hoping I would get somewhere but to no avail. Where to now? Next time a new service provider?
