Account limit is a joke

I've set a limit on all my accounts with Vodacom in order to manage my expenses, but every month this limits is messed-up by them. Let me explain. I have set a limit of R100 on my contract (240 minute) phone. I expect my phone to be blocked when I go over by R100. So let me just report this month's incident. My phone was soft blocked this month when I reached my limit. So I phones customer service and they explained that I reached my limit of a R100 and that in fact I went over with R145. What is the point of having a limit of R100 when it only gets blocked when I reached R145? OK fine. I asked them to increase my limit to R300 for this month only. With that done I was told that in can take up to 6 hours for my line to be unblocked. But after 6 hours my line was not reconnected and I had to phone again. So the lady told me that no, I actually did not go over with R145 but with R320. Now that is totally unacceptable. How can it be that the amount suddenly change within 6 hours and with my phone blocked? The same thing happened last month and the month before a limit I have set on my data line was totally removed. So its been 10 hours now and my phone is still blocked. Poor service.
