MTN forcing me to remain in contract

Telecommunications

My 24 month contract with MTN ended the 6th of June this year. Even before it ended I've phoned in and emailed that I was not intending on continuing the contract and would like to migrate to prepaid. I even used the online chat facilities, I filled in a migration request form. I've been phoned by consultants asking to upgrade and I've said I do not want to continue, yet they are still sending me airtime. (you can check recordings)

One of the conditions of the migration is that all airtime must be used up. I was also told I would lose my airtime which I don't mind but it hasn't happened and also contradicts the statement that my airtime must be depleted. I am not an extensive cellphone user and I always manage to come through the month with my allocated airtime. Meaning that I will always have airtime and hence my contract will continue to run. I do not have a new phone and now I'm Charged over R300 a month for R100 airtime I could have purchased prepaid. I'm to the point where I feel like just cancelling everything with MTN and moving to cell C. I know consumers have rights and I'm definitely not going to leave it here.
