Money Disappearing Off Cell Phone

My Daughter was so happy to upgrade and get her Z10... BUT I am now on the verge of walking into MTN, giving my Daughters new Z10 back and cancelling her contract. and Claiming March and Aprils payments back in lieu of Airtime lost.
I cannot tell you how much airtime has disappeared off her phone. She did take her phone in to MTN and they sent it to be checked... there was nothing wrong???

All the airtime that she had been putting on her phone just disappears since she got her phone in March 2013...!!!

Tuesday evening (04.06.2013) she loaded R100 on @ 18h30... Poof GONE... by 20h00.!!!

This morning was the last straw... Wednesday 05.06.2013 Loaded R50.00 @ 06h20... Poof Gone by 07h30... She never used her phone once!!! It was off from the time we loaded the money!!! I would like to know why this is happening & need an answer TODAY from MTN, because tomorrow the phone is going back and I am cancelling the contract.

I have been with MTN (& Blackberry) for so long and never had any problems until my daughter upgraded.
