My ADSL speed in the crapper again

Once again my adsl speed is ridiculously slow. Instead of the 80kB/s that we are paying for I am stuck downloading at 17 or 18kb/s the highest I have managed to get since Friday is 40kB/s. Either there is something wrong or Telkom is throttling our speeds. Either way we are not getting what we are paying for. And once again I was threatened with the unnecessary call-out fee when I called to make a complaint. I logged a fault and received an sms two days later that it had been resolved when it clearly had not. I had to call in and log the complaint again. This is the third time this had happened to us and the first time it lasted for three weeks before Telkom fixed it. This is dreadful service and it is unfair to punish your customers because you have over reached and cannot provide the service you have promised. Telkom is our money and it must stop. Telkom's service.
