Very poor customer care

On Saturday I phoned Customer care regarding my blackberry messenger not working to to change in handset.
They put me through to the technical department. I spoken to a gentleman and suddenly he could not hear me. I phoned back and spoken to a lady who again took all the details and gave me instructions what to do. It dit not work.
I phoned back and again spoken to the same lady. While busy talking to her the call was discontinued. I phoned again and customer care told me the technical dept are closed. VERY CONVEINANT TO END THE CALL AT 14HOO BECAUSE THEY ARE GOING HOME.
Nobody to assist me and I'm still without my blackberry messenger. They wont even phone back after our calls wer cut off. Autopage do not care
