Very dissapointed with Blackberry & Vodacom :(

I have my contract for almost 6 months now, ever since I had this BB 9320 I always had problems, since day 1 my battery only lasted 4 maybe 5 hours, and the phone just switched off from self 3 to 4 times a day, I took it in to Vodacom shop, first the system was offline, so they told me I have to drive 30 km back home because they cant help me, the next week I go in, and tell them about my problem once again and they tell me my bb just need a system upgrade, after I told them I am not happy with this phone because its not suppose to do this, the lady at Vodacom assured me this will fix the problem, after they did the upgrade she only told me I have to pay for that, no one advised me I can do it from the internet myself, that I heard afterwards, so I went back home once again, and so the phone switched off still by itself 3 to 4 times a day, eventually I went back to Vodacom and insisted that Vodacom sent my phone in for repairs as I am not driving up and down again, now I got my phone back with a new 'battery' and its the first day and it doesn't last 4 hrs, im not even on the phone, how can I pay for a year and a half still for all this problems. Very disappointed Vodacom
