Bad service with repairs of modem

On 20 April 2013, a modem bought in January 2013 at Vodacom, Hemmingsways on a two year contract, was given in for repairs. We have had trouble with the modem since we bought it in January. On 29 April we contacted the shop to ask about the progress of the repairs. They told us that it has been in the shop and they do not know why we were not notified of it. We went to collect it, only to discover that the cover (back of the modem covering the battery) was missing. Shoulders were pulled up about the service. The assistant, Angus told us to go to another supplier if we are not happy with Vodacom - yes with a two year contract that started in Jan. Then they told us that they will order a cover. We are still waiting for it and up to today have not heard from them again. Apparently the cover was ordered, but still missing in action. The job nr is 8795688.

At this stage we just want a modem that is working. We are paying for a service that we can not use.
