Phone still broken after 3 wekes in for repairs

I have a contract at Vodacom Chatz for a blackberry 9360 the contract is 13 months old.
At first my trackpad broke when the phone was 7 months old, It went in for repairs and after 4 Weeks they gave my a ''new'' phone. Four months later the camera broke and the phone did not want to charge. Once again I went to Vodacom Chatz and the consultant told me that it was the battery. I asked him if they can test the battery before I buy it and he told me he could not do so. I bought the new battery and when i tried to charge it the new battery still didn't want to charge so i took it back and the consultant told me that it must be sent in for repairs. Three weeks later my phone was back and the consultant told me that they could not find the problem. I went back because the phone was still broken and one of the consultants told me that they had to send the battery with my charger in again which the consultant never told me 3 weeks before. Now for the past month I have paid my contract but still I cant use my phone.
I would like to obtain the number of the ombudsman or feedback from Vodacom
