Director signed up for 5gb data bundle- marius (sales guy) booked it under a 3gb package - issue still not resolved after three months of billing us for 5gb package. Went into store and discussed it with Shane the branch manager - promised to resolve and call me back yesterday to confirm it had been corrected to 5gb package - guess what?!!! No phone call!!! Great customer service Guys - much appreciated - NOT!!!
