On 22/3/13 I mrs van der poll (not the account holder) received a call from a women at VODACOM saying that our existing package was on a per minute billing and for R 10.00 per month extra on each phone, we could change it to a per second billing and also get 150 free sms and 75 mb data bundle per phone. well i thought it was a "bargain" and said will accept new package. THIS IS WHERE THE TROUBLE STARTED. Firstly was not told that all my airtime which was in EXCESS of R 100.00 per phone would BE BY VODACOM. SINCE 1/4/13 I have been calling vodacom on 082111 x 9 times and 0821946 X 4 and subsequently found out that no one knows what is happening, and they are busy with the investigation, I TOLD THEM THAT as from 1/5/13 BOTH PHONES MUST BE RETURNED to packages that they were on BEFORE . WELL on 1/5/13 cell 0795013072 has been returned to old package LESS R 100.00 AIRTIME, AND NO SURPRISES 0839602888 is still on the package THEY CONNED ME INTO ON 22/3/13 and EFFECTIVE 1/4/13. I WONDER HOW LONG IT WILL TAKE FOR THEM TO CORRECT THIS CELL NO. can refer to sms received 1/4/13 service req no. S3-TM92C-C3MC6 that i will be contacted in 24 hrs. NO ONE CONTACTED ME.
