MTN FULL OF EMPTY PROMISES

I refer to my complaint logged on this site Thursday 4th April 2013 and the response from MTN dated 6th April 2013 in which it was promised that the coverage department will investigate our problem and contact us.
It is now almost two weeks later and still not even a courtesy call and worst of all the problem still exists.
WE ARE LOSING AN ENORMOUS AMOUNT OF BUSINESS DUE TO THIS PROBLEM AND QUITE CLEARLY MTN HAS THE ATTITUDE THAT IT IS OUR PROBLEM NOT THEIRS. IF WE REFUSE TO PAY UNTIL THE PROBLEM IS RESOLVED THEY SIMPLY SUSPEND OUR SERVICE. This is now our second complaint on this site and together with the several emails sent to MTN it is quite clear that they don't give a damm about their clients as long as they receive their payments they don't care. What must we do to get a reaction from them as they clearly don't care about complaints on this site either. It seems a bit drastic but the only other place to complain is possibly ICASA. Hopefully this problem will be resolved before such drastic action becomes necessary. It is quite simple the Equipment installed at our premises is faulty get the installation contractor to repair it how difficult can that be!!!
