On two occasions I was offered a data bundle package via sms. I replied to the sms to accept the deal/offer. I replied to the sms I received in March, I received a call with regards to the package. After going through the procedures, it was mentioned that my package will be delivered to me within 10 working days... 2 months later and I still didn't receive my package. During the month of May, I received the same sms with the same deal/offer. Again I replied to accept the deal/offer. A few days later again I received a call with regards to the package... I mentioned about the previous incident where I did not receive my package. It was promised that it wouldn't happen and I'll definitely receive my package within 10 working days. Its June and I still have received my package haven't received a call to inform me why I did not receive it. For someone that depends on using the internet for important reasons, it is frustrating having to be disappointed not once, but twice on the bank I thought was reliable has caused and inconvenience in my line of work. If I was made aware of my package not being delivered I would have made use of another company to get my data bundles. Inconvenience
