Liberty didn't lift suspension after a double payment

A while ago, after my husband and I got married, we changed the medical aid debit order to go off from a new bank account. Unfortunately we didn't transfer the funds in time and we missed the first debit order, so we were suspended immediately and I arranged for a double payment to go off the following month, which it did. But the suspension didn't get lifted (all fees were now up to date) and a couple of weeks after the payment I had a routine psych check up. The receptionist assured me that in cases like mine, the medical aid will pay the claim of R1300. However, since the suspension wasn't lifted as it should have been, I was so embarrassed when the claim was not processed due to the "suspension". I really want this to be sorted out and for the claim to be processed as in yesterday.
