What a disgusting service

I always had paid my telkom account on time only october 2013 I had been going through financial constraints I called and made arrangements that I can only pay in a coupla days may they please not suspend my line the incompetent consultant agreed and by the 15th my line was suspended I called a lady answered telling me the is no arrngement made so once my line is closed the is nothing they can do... Later on I had a call from consultant who told me that I should pay R620 my suspension will be lifted wich I paid R400 and in few days did R300 my line is still in suspension worst part its pin blocked the consultants says they don't know where I get that a consultant said I mus pay R620 rather they need R1790 from me. It hurts how Telkom treat their loyal customers ve never had a good experiance with Telkom if I knew another supplier I would shift as it is I remain with my line closed and I use it to make a livin
