Where do I start?! NO customer dept or account dept to deal with quiries, only a call centre with no intelligent life forms.
Being placed on hold for 29 mins? Pathetic! Call centre managers that cant be bothered to call back.
Suspended service because of incapability to capture correct debit order info. Additional charges that the customer just have to accept... pathetic!
If i could cancel my service today, I would do it with a smile on my face. Never again 8Ta- never again!
Lets see if they would respond to this!?
