I called in to change a debit order date this morning on a revolving Credit plan, I was on the call for about 22 minutes and was just getting put through to different departments, its as if the staff and team managers at the fnb call center are illliterate and do not know their jobs. i have been given various phone numbers telling me that this is the correct department and the last dept on 0860 11 22 44 enquiries dept does not answer period... the fone just rings.

All i want to do is change a debit order date on a revolving credit plan? this service is pathetic for such a big bank in SA, I would rather consider moving to a smaller bank and get service that go through dissappointing service from FNB. this is really annoying and time consuming for a client.
