Cannot cancel contract

I have been trying to cancel a contract with cell c and have been told that I am being transferred to the " cancelation dept" when, in fact, the "cancelation dept (according to reception) does not receive any incoming calls.
I have been placed on hold on 5 different occasions with no response.

Upon asking to speak to a customer service delivery manager, I was told that call centre cannot connect with such an entity. The same goes for switchboard reception.

No response from e-mail enquiry either.

I have not used this contract in more than 2 years, and have been in-store to cancel it, yet my account keeps on being debited.

The store does not cancel the contract, the call centre does not cancel the contract.

Seems that once they have a debit order, one can never again get rid of this company.
