No response from Call Centre after 5 working days!

Changed banks and all paperwork was sent through to bank to do debit order switch. 1 Feb Old Mutual debited someone else's account failing to tell me that my policy was now in the arrears. Get a letter towards the end of Feb asking me to pay the money back or they would double debit. Still no telephonic communication. I allow the double debit but go into the bank to ensure that everything is correct. spoke to an Old Mutual call centre person who confirmed all is in order. went to my old bank to close my account on the 6th March tp be told that a debit order has been taken off by Old Mutual. REALLY??? Still no phone call from Old Mutual apologizing for this. I sent a letter to the client enquries with my bank statement attached which i was told was the correct procedure from you call centre department. Only response ive had is an email to say they are experiencing high email volumes (not my problem). Called yesterday and spoke to someone in your call centre who said they had never recieved my bank statement which i have proof it was sent. Where is your customer service to a loyal customer? PATHETIC!!! I will not accept any bank charges incurred on my account!!!
